The is a lovely wine from the south west of France close to the spanish border. The appellation is the Languedoc. This wine is made from Grenache Gris, Grenache Blanc and some Vermentino. Served at the right temperature which is 50 degrees Fahrenheit this wine exudes wonderful white flower aromas of acacia and honeysuckle. This is a 2012, and you will be amazed at the freshness. This wine is perfect with fish, or as an aperitif, but you have to nail the temperature to get the best effects.
